This policy explains what we collect when you visit this page or request a free website rebuild, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain — no dark patterns, no fine-print surprises.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the rebuild form, we collect the details you enter: your website address, name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional). If you book a call, you provide scheduling details through our booking tool.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address, approximate location derived from it, and browser / device type (user agent).
• The page you came from and pages you view on this site.
• Campaign parameters attached to your visit (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and advertising click identifiers — Meta's fbclid and Google's gclid — so we can tell which ad brought you here.

2. Cookies & tracking technologies

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel. This page loads the Meta Pixel, which records a page view when you arrive and a "lead" event when you submit the form. It uses cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and may match your activity to your Facebook or Instagram account for advertising measurement and audiences.
• Local storage. We store a small first-visit attribution record in your browser so a later form submission is still credited to the ad you first clicked. It never leaves your browser except attached to a form you submit.
• We do not use Google Analytics, session recording, or third-party analytics scripts on this page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the pixel is also disabled if you block third-party scripts. Doing so won't stop you from getting your free rebuild.

3. How we use your information

• To build and deliver the free website rebuild you requested, and send you the private preview link.
• To contact you about your rebuild (by email, or phone if you provided one) and to schedule a call if you ask for one.
• To measure how our ads perform and improve them.
• To build advertising audiences — for example, to show follow-up ads to people who visited or submitted the form, and to help Meta find similar people. See the opt-out choices in section 5.
• To keep records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this campaign:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this page.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API) and audience building. Information sent to Meta for matching is hashed where required.
• Slack — internal notification to our team when a new lead arrives.
• Our booking tool (on smarterrevolution.com) — if you choose to schedule a call.

Under some U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., California), using advertising cookies to build audiences can be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out using the links in section 5 or by disabling cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the details you submit for as long as we need them to provide your rebuild and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8) and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to object to certain uses. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights apply to you. To exercise any of them, email henry@smarterrevolutionai.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. We won't discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

This site and offer are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
